Twenty-two US troopers had been injured in a helicopter accident in northeastern Syria on the weekend that didn’t contain any reported enemy fireplace, US Central Command said Tuesday.
“A helicopter mishap in northeastern Syria resulted in accidents of assorted levels to 22 US service members” on Sunday, CENTCOM stated in a press release.
