The US Navy has chosen L3Harris Applied sciences to develop an F/A-18 next-generation digital warfare (EW) system.

L3Harris is considered one of two corporations chosen for the $80 million prototype improvement contract with follow-on improvement and manufacturing contracts anticipated in 2026.
